Over 200 Australian artists have created artworks on second-hand records, with proceeds from their sale going to Heaps Decent, a non-profit, music-based arts organisation helping disadvantaged youth fulfil their creative dreams.<\/p>\n<p>Join us for a night that will mix not only tunes but vinyl, paint, and performance, and perhaps even purchase your own unique piece of art on a disc.<\/p>\n<p>Opening night is Friday 19 August from 6-9pm at aMBUSH Gallery, after which the exhibition will continue daily from 12-8pm until Sunday 4 September.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can\u2019t paint a digital download, so for our latest exhibition \u2013 Put It On Wax \u2013 we\u2019re going back to the days when records ruled.
