Salon de Sydney – it’s aMBUSH Gallery’s large-scale farewell to the incredible Central Park Mall location that has seen over 200 events and projects brought to life in an 18-month-long partnership. The alliance has seen art exhibitions, creative conferences, launches, music events, press conferences, and one of the biggest achievements, Vivid Sydney, which aMBUSH brought to the precinct in 2015.
aMBUSH Gallery will temporarily head back to home base in Waterloo for some huge new projects in 2017, but not before a last hurrah with the group exhibition Salon de Sydney. Visitors will have a unique opportunity to view and purchase some of the best art from the harbour city, with creations across a wide range of mediums from 67 Sydney-based artists, including Beastman, James Jirat, Kaff-eine, Anthony Lister, Numskull, and George Rose.
Produced and curated by aMBUSH Gallery, and presented with Central Park Mall, opening night for Salon de Sydney is Friday 18 November from 6-9pm at aMBUSH Gallery. The exhibition will be open 12pm-8pm daily, from Saturday 19 November until Wednesday 30 November. Admission free.
