For the first time in 14 years, Shepard Fairey returns to Australia to headline the Game-Changer Talks series at Vivid Sydney 2017.

Iconic American artist Shepard Fairey blurs the boundaries of art and design. His unique style is instantly recognised in exhibitions and walls around the world. His body of work includes the OBEY GIANT art project, the Barak Obama HOPE campaign, and this year’s ubiquitous ‘We The People’ initiative.

For the first time in 14 years, Shepard Fairey returns to Australia to headline the Game-Changer Talks series at Vivid Sydney 2017. Shepard will be sharing his do-it-yourself approach, his career highlights, and how he managed to turn his creativity into an authentic voice about street culture. His talk is exclusive to Vivid Sydney 2017 and will take place on Saturday 17 June at the Sydney Town Hall. Tickets can be purchased at www.bit.ly/vividshepard

Shepard Fairey will be painting one of the largest public art mural’s in the Sydney CBD from 12 to 17 June and will exhibit a selection of his music themed works that showcase his revolutionary visual language and passion for the culture of music at Darling Quarter’s public art space OPEN from 26 May to 17 June.
