Award winning urban arts initiative, Project Five, got a fresh look in 2012 for its fourth volume when organisers, aMBUSH Gallery, announced a new presenting partner – the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority.

With an all-star line-up of four Australian contemporary street artists – Vexta, Haha (Regan Tamanui), E.L.K. (Luke Cornish) and Reka – the full three days of live art events took place on the historic cobblestone streets of The Rocks. Sydneysiders basked in the sun as they watched the artists paint live to tunes from DJs.

The four artworks created were auctioned to raise funds for Information and Cultural Exchange (ICE). The auction was the final chapter of the new month-long format of Project Five that also included a retrospective art exhibition, the live art events, and artists talks.
