CHANGING LANES EXHIBITION

Thursday 4 November 2010

The very first Changing Lanes Festival saw the streets of Newtown spring to life with people traveling from all corners of Sydney to dive head first into the artistic, musical and creative output of our city. Sydney’s street art culture was celebrated through the creation of a paneled mural, completed by local street artists Max Berry, SMC[3], EARS, Gem Lark and Vars.

On Thursday the 4th of November MAPS Entertainment presented the final exhibition of the Changing Lanes paneled mural at aMBUSH Gallery. Members of the public were able to bid in a silent auction, with all proceeds going to FBi Radio. Additional works from artists Max Berry, SMC[3], EARS, Gem Lark, Vars, HOUL, Syke, Chad Drake, Skel, Tulsi, Bennett and Sprinkles were also exhibited and were available to purchase. The exhibition included performances by FBi Radio DJs.
