OPEN UP is a brand new aMBUSH Gallery initiative, set to launch in November 2015 in collaboration with cultural precinct Darling Quarter.
An expertly curated pop-up market place created specifically for the nurturing of local artists and designers with big ideas, OPEN UP is located in Darling Quarter’s Civic Connector, which is also home to OPEN, aMBUSH Gallery’s outdoor exhibition space.
Artists, independent galleries, and local object, homewares and streetwear designers are invited to apply for a coveted space at OPEN UP’s inaugural activation, which will enliven Darling Quarter throughout November and set the stage for an exciting summer of creativity at the precinct.
Participation in OPEN UP is free for independent and emerging makers. Established brands are also welcome to hire OPEN UP’s facilities and take advantage of Darling Quarter and aMBUSH Gallery’s immense audience and media resources. Please direct all enquiries to Bill Dimas at [email protected].
